Welcome to SikanderPe! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital financial services, including AEPS, CMS, Micro ATM, Utility Bill Payments, and Insurance services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of SikanderPe’s services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SikanderPe.

1. Our Services

SikanderPe provides secure and reliable financial technology solutions. Our services include Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) for biometric-based banking transactions such as balance enquiry, withdrawal and mini-statements; Cash Management Services (CMS) for deposits, collections and reconciliation; Micro ATM facilities for retail-level banking including withdrawals and balance checks; fast and secure Utility Bill Payments covering electricity, gas, water, telecom and broadband; and Insurance-related services including premium payments, policy renewals and claim support. All services are subject to the availability of partner banks and service providers.

2. Eligibility to Use

To use SikanderPe, you must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other applicable laws. By using SikanderPe, you represent that you will use the services only for legitimate and lawful transactions. Any attempt to use the services for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or illegal activities will lead to immediate suspension and legal action.

3. User Obligations

You are required to provide accurate and updated information while registering and using SikanderPe. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, biometric details, and transaction information. Sharing your account details with third parties is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and other applicable legal requirements. In case of unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity, you must notify SikanderPe immediately. SikanderPe shall not be liable for losses arising due to your negligence in securing your account.

4. Security and Privacy

SikanderPe adopts industry-standard security protocols, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and biometric validation, to protect your personal and financial data. Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While SikanderPe takes all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats or unauthorized access. By using SikanderPe, you acknowledge that you share responsibility for ensuring your device security and internet safety.

5. Transactions and Liability

All transactions processed via SikanderPe are subject to confirmation from respective banks, insurance companies, utility providers, or other partner institutions. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by SikanderPe. SikanderPe shall not be held responsible for failures or delays caused by banking networks, payment gateways, telecom operators, or other third-party systems. In cases of failed or disputed transactions, refunds will be governed by the policies of the relevant bank or service provider. SikanderPe’s role is limited to being a technology facilitator.

6. Fees and Charges

Some services on SikanderPe may involve transaction fees, processing charges or convenience fees. These charges will be displayed before you complete the transaction. SikanderPe reserves the right to modify its fee structure, introduce new charges, or offer promotional waivers at its sole discretion. Any change in fees will be communicated through the platform or official channels.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary technology used on SikanderPe are owned by or licensed to SikanderPe. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

SikanderPe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to, loss of data, financial loss due to service disruptions, or damages arising out of unauthorized transactions. Our liability in any case shall be limited to the transaction amount or the extent permitted under applicable law. You acknowledge that certain risks associated with digital transactions are beyond the control of SikanderPe.

9. Termination of Services

SikanderPe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to services without prior notice if you are found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, or compromising the security and integrity of the platform. Any termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to such termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

SikanderPe may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, improvements in services, or for operational reasons. Updated Terms will be published on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of SikanderPe services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in India. Users agree to submit to such jurisdiction for resolution of disputes.

For any queries, complaints, or service-related issues, you may contact SikanderPe Customer Support through the official communication channels provided on the platform. We aim to resolve customer issues promptly; however, resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the query and the involvement of third-party institutions.
